Returns & Refunds

  • Due to hygienic safety concerns, we do not accept product returns.
  • Shipping and any fees in both directions for clients will not be refunded.

Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services. Once the merchandise is in the possession of the carriers, Rachel Joyce Organic Salon will not be held responsible for any loss, delays, or damage; however, we will do everything possible to file claims for any such loss, delays or damage. We reserve the right to not reimburse customers until said claims have been settled.
