Shipping & Delivery

  • We have two distribution centers on the East Coast of the United States to efficiently service our clients.
  • We ship primarily using FedEx in the United States and orders are generally packed and shipped on the same day that they are placed.
  • At the time your order is placed, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and shipping costs.                                                                   *Standard Shipping – Arrives in 3-7 business days – FREE
    *Expedited shipping – Arrives in 2-5 business days – $5.00
  • In most cases, we process and ship your items out the same day we receive your order.
  • At no additional cost to you, we may also require a signature confirmation upon receipt of your order to ensure proper delivery. If a signature is required, anyone at the receiving end may sign for your package. This typically may occur when the cost of your order has a high dollar value, and/or shipping to a PO Box, and suite addresses, or our system does not recognize your address.
  • It is our policy to email you tracking information upon request by contacting salon support by phone (202)627-2137, or via e-mail to info@RachelJoyceOrganicSalon.com .
  • Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order sent, will still be held responsible for all postage, product costs, and handling fee’s associated.
  • Rachel Joyce Organic Salon will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items as a result of circumstances beyond the control of our organization. However, good faith attempts may be made to remedy such situations if they should occur.
