We have two distribution centers on the East Coast of the United States to efficiently service our clients.
We ship primarily using FedEx in the United States and orders are generally packed and shipped on the same day that they are placed.
At the time your order is placed, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and shipping costs. *Standard Shipping – Arrives in 3-7 business days – FREE
*Expedited shipping – Arrives in 2-5 business days – $5.00
In most cases, we process and ship your items out the same day we receive your order.
At no additional cost to you, we may also require a signature confirmation upon receipt of your order to ensure proper delivery. If a signature is required, anyone at the receiving end may sign for your package. This typically may occur when the cost of your order has a high dollar value, and/or shipping to a PO Box, and suite addresses, or our system does not recognize your address.

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order sent, will still be held responsible for all postage, product costs, and handling fee’s associated.
Rachel Joyce Organic Salon will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items as a result of circumstances beyond the control of our organization. However, good faith attempts may be made to remedy such situations if they should occur.
