- We have two distribution centers in the United States to efficiently service our clients.
- We ship primarily using FedEx in the United States and orders are generally packed and shipped on the same day that they are placed.
- Orders generally ship same day or next day and arrive within 2-7 business days.
- Continental U.S. – $15 Flat Rate Shipping for orders less than $50
- Continental U.S. – Free shipping – For orders $50 or more
- Alaska & Hawaii – $80 Flat Rate Shipping for orders less than $250
- Alaska & Hawaii – Free shipping for orders $250 or more
- At no additional cost to you, we may also require a signature confirmation upon receipt of your order to ensure proper delivery. If a signature is required, anyone at the receiving end may sign for your package. This typically may occur when the cost of your order has a high dollar value, and/or shipping to a PO Box, and suite addresses, or our system does not recognize your address.

- Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order sent, will still be held responsible for all postage, product costs, and handling fee’s associated.
- Rachel Joyce Organic Salon will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items as a result of circumstances beyond the control of our organization. However, good faith attempts may be made to remedy such situations if they should occur.
