Your Requirements:
* You must be 18+ years of age.
* You must be willing to be serviced by a cosmetology professional or trainee of the Salon’s choosing.
* You should be open to the finished look planned by Salon staff.
* You acknowledge that the $20 Model Fee is non-refundable unless the Salon cannot accommodate your appointment time through no fault of your own.
* You understand that your model fee must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
* You understand that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled.
* You must agree to the Salon taking your before and after pictures.
* You must agree that the service may be video recorded and used for tutorial and training purposes.
* You agree that consumer reviews should be strictly limited to regular salon appointments as opposed to model appointments.
